Журнал National Geographic опубликовал лучшие фотографии за 2017 год
Журнал National Geographic назвал лучшие фотографии 2017 года. Работы победителей конкурса 14 декабря опубликовали на сайте журнала.
Снимком года назвали фотографию, на которой орангутан прячется за деревом. Эта работа под названием «Лицом к лицу в реке Борнео» попала в номинацию «Дикая природа».
В номинацию «Дикая природа» также попали фотографии розовых фламинго, бородатой неясыти, спящей обезьяны и журавлей. Победителей выбрали еще по трем номинациям: «Пейзаж», «Аэросъемка» и «Подводная съемка».
Отбор фотографий на ежегодный конкурс проходил с сентября по ноябрь. За это время в редакцию прислали 11 тысяч снимков. В конкурсе участвовали фотографы из больше 30 стран.
